This age group is a unique set up with the team formed of players from Cockermouth RUFC and Keswick RUFC, namely the Ospreys. They train at Keswick RUFC under floodlight on a Thursday night, 6.30pm and at Cockermouth RUFC on a Sunday morning, 10am. Please turn up and ask for Sandra Stainton or Carl Whild who will provide you with a warm welcome and introduce you to the coaching team.
